Vintage Bas Armagnac Francis Darroze enjoys the distinction of remaining in its original cask until the moment an order is received. Your Armagnac is then drawn, decanted, corked with a wax seal and the date noted on your bottle, authenticating the exact duration that your Armagnac has aged.
Marc Darroze is proud to continue a tradition of excellence established by Francis Darroze during 35 years of painstaking discovery and local knowledge; these rare Armagnacs are guaranteed to comprise 100% of the Terroir indicated on the label.

The very diversity of these creations can make choosing difficult; as an aid, they are grouped  into 3 categories, indeed, 3 distinct families of Bas Armagnac Darroze :

 -     Pedigree Armagnacs that are fine and easy to to drink
 -     The more powerful, expressive Armagnacs
 -     The classic Armagnacs, rich, balanced, with a good deal of character

A UNIQUE SELECTION

Since many years Bas Armagnac Francis Darroze have been proud to present a Unique Collection of Vintage Armagnacs from the finest terroirs of the very best properties within the Appellation. These are naturally aged in the Darroze cellars and are not artificially enhanced in any way, furthermore,there is no blending of the Vintages. Each bottle carries the year of production and date of decanting when fulfilling your order – indispensable in pinpointing the true age of your purchase. Delivered with the choice of an attractive Darroze carton or a custom wooden gift box.

RESERVE 10 YEARS OF AGE

The ideal introduction to the delights of 'The Velvet Flame'. A symphony of Armagnacs selected in the esprit of excellence representing a unique assemblage from amongst the finest Darroze Bas Armagnac terroirs - 10 years is the age of the youngest oak matured Armagnac, blended into a smooth, beautifully balanced 'digestif'worthy of any table.

PRESENTATION PACKS

To further emphasis the unique aspects of Bas Armagnacs Francis Darroze offer a choice of two optional presentation coffers; either with the vintage of your choice and two authentique Armagnac snifters or a two bottle pack with four snifters.

Bas Armagnac Francois Darroze Vintages fom 1966 onwards are available in four volumes : 20cl (minimum order 3 bottles), Standard 70cl bottle, 1,5L Magnum, 2,5L Pot Gascon.
